Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of our job placements last year.MUST HAVES• 1-6 years of Technical Recruiting experience.• Experience in full life cycle recruiting (source, screen, on boarding, and consultant management) in the India market.• Have a background and willingness to be in a high call volume environment.• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word).• Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and/or Career Builder.• Bachelor’s degree or higher.• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones.• Ability to work M-F onsite in our Hyderabad locationPLUSSES• Previous staffing company experience.• Any experience with technical recruiting in addition to the India market.WHO WE HIRE• We’re focused on hiring the best talent.
