The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, specializing in IT and technical roles. Core responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent to meet client requirements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. The role also involves collaborating with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a streamlined hiring process. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction for all stakeholders.QualificationsNeed to work in EST time zone in remote mode Proficient in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Hiring processesStrong expertise in Technical Recruitment and Recruiting strategies for technical positionsAbility to manage client relationships and deliver tailored staffing solutionsExceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProven track record in sourcing diverse talent pools and meeting recruitment goalsExperience in the Canadian job market and knowledge of employment regulations is a plusAbility to work autonomously in a remote settingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredSend your updated resume to jobs@aadhyatechnologies.ca
