Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. Mango Semiconductors is seeking a Tender / GEM Executive to oversee the tendering process for government contracts and handle all aspects of the Government e Marketplace (GEM). The Tender / GEM Executive will be responsible for preparing tenders, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely submission, and managing all tender documentation. The role will also involve liaising with government officials and preparing reports with the utmost professionalism.


Role and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;

• To get hands on experience in offline and online tender submission.

• To prepare all documents related to tender submission.

• Uploading / Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the online Platform.

• Getting / Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation.

• Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.

• Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees. Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.

• Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement.

• Active involvement in Coordinating the Site Supervisors & Project Incharge.

• To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;

• To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;

• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;

• Taking Approval for Product Publishing & loading on GEM Portal and its complete working up-till payment realization


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in the field of tendering and procurement, preferably in electronics industry.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex tenderations and RFPs to internal teams.
  • Awareness of latest GEM policies and a strong track record in GEM bidding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build government relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities in order to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
  • An understanding of government procurement policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and tender portals such as GEM, eProcurement, etc.


Location: Ghaziabad (Sahibabad Industrial Area)

Compensation: 2.0 Lac- 3.5 Lac

Experience Required: 2-5 Years
