Key Responsibilities:


Digital Client Engagement: Greet and welcome customers over Phone, Whatsapp, Email or Web Chats, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Listen to their needs, preferences, and desires to offer personalized assistance.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury fashion and watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry.


Sales and Consultation: Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their preferences. Assist clients in making informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect timepiece.


Customer Relationship Management: Manage daily updates and fine tuning of client information, purchase interests and updates to our CRM and preferences to foster long-term relationships. Follow up with clients and provide after-sales support, including servicing and maintenance advice. Continuously explore ideas to enhance cross sell and upsell opportunities.


Management and Daily Sales Reporting: Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock. Share Daily and Weekly Sales Reports with insightful and actionable data to further improve sales.


Inventory Management: Work with Ops and Warehouse Management teams to monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate product availability to clients.


Team Collaborations: Work effectively with cataloging teams, marketing teams and Ops teams to help convert successful orders and generate great customer satisfaction levels. Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately and sharing appropriate imagery and product information in a timely manner to the clients.


Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and compliance with all industry regulations.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.

·     2 – 11 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury fashion or watches.

·     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Passion for luxury fashion and watches.

·     Strong customer service orientation.

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·     Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

·     Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
