👨‍💼 Role: Projects Sales & Marketing Manager - HVAC & MEP

📌 Location: Mumbai / Pune / Goa


Your Role: As our Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing projects sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with architects, consultants, PMC’s, existing commercial customers & clients for new business.
  • Proposal Development.
  • Contract Negotiation with client.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Distribution and allocation of work and projects for making quotes to team members.
  • Giving Guidance and technical support to the sales engineers.
  • Participating in industry events and networking activities.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field. Management candidates will get preferance.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the HVAC & MEP industry, with a deep understanding of project-based sales cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC & MEP systems, equipment, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
