Job Title: Front-End Engineering Lead

Job Type: Full-Time



Key Responsibilities

DEVELOP: Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build and

maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end

frameworks such as React.js.

DESIGN: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user interfaces that are visually

appealing and user-friendly, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

IMPLEMENT: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding

standards and best practices. Implement new features and enhancements to existing web

applications.

TEST: Conduct testing, including unit testing, to identify and fix bugs and issues. Assist in

troubleshooting and resolving front-end problems.

ENHANCE: Optimise front-end code and assets for speed, efficiency, and scalability. Monitor

and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

OPTIMISE: Ensure that web applications are responsive and mobile-friendly, providing

consistent functionality and aesthetics across various devices and screen sizes.

COLLABORATE: Utilise version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and

collaborate effectively with team members.

DOCUMENT: Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes to

facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.


Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work

experience.

● At least 7 years of professional experience in front-end development.

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks, such as React.js.

● Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.

● Effective communication skills in English.
