Designation: Italian Language Specialist Customer Support ExecutiveExp: 1-4 years of expWork Location: GurgaonThis role would have Rotational Shifts and Rotational week offs.We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Customer Serviceteam as a Customer Support Executive (Italian-Language speaking).In this role, your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction byproviding timely, professional, and effective support across multiple channels, includingemail, social media, and phone..ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the products and services provided by the company.Engage with customers to resolve inquiries, concerns, or complaints withempathy and efficiency.Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions andsuggesting information about other products and services.Maintain a professional tone and positive attitude in all customer interactions.Handling queries from international customers on call, Email & social media.Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Conducting timely follow-ups with customers to gather additional information orprovide updates.Effectively negotiating terms and conditions to meet both customer needs andcompany objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customerexperience.Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts aligned with US business hoursRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal).Italian Language Expert (B2 or above)Min 1-4 year of experience in providing support in Italian languageA customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach toproblem-solving.Hands on experience with MS Office and internet researchIn-depth understanding of customer service practicesExcellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.Strong listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Should be Flexible for Rotational Shifts and Rotational Weekly Offs
