Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media planning strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights for media planning and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, creative teams, and media buyers, to align media planning efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across various channels, including traditional media (TV, radio, print) and digital media (online, social media, mobile).
  • Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to assess effectiveness, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize media plans, budgets, and allocations based on performance data, audience feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in media planning strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in media planning, advertising, or marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning tools, research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas, negotiate with media vendors, and present media plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in media planning practices.

Skills:

  • Media Planning Strategy: Developing and implementing media planning strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Market Research: Conducting audience analysis, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform media planning decisions.
  • Media Buying: Negotiating and executing media buys across traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing media performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to align media planning efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Preferred:

  • Certification in media planning, advertising, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with media planning software and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of advertising regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
