Are you a sourcing pro who thrives in high-volume hiring and knows how to find top IT Sales talent before anyone else does? We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to power our fast-paced IT Sales recruitment engine. From account executives to pre-sales experts, you'll play a key role in building world-class teams for one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.


What You will Do:

  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Sales roles (Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, etc.)
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Sales hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech sales recruitment is a big plus
