Looking for a Sr. Business Analyst - Business Development and Strategy to join our team.

Experience required: 3- 7 years

Hands-on experience in Data analysis and Business analytics.

Worked in Founders office to run various programs, investment planning, fund raising and governance.


Key Responsibilities:


Founder office:

  • Develop strategy and run execution
  • Drive analytical reporting and governance
  • run programs for founder's office

Fund Raising:

  • Prepare company for investment cycle
  • Prepare documents and necessary details to run investment cycle (pitch, business case, financials, etc..)
  • investor management and relationship

Strategy Formulation:

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret historical business data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings clearly and concisely.

Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new initiatives, products, or services on the business.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of business development and strategy implementation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and technology to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and strategy.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis activities.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business development principles and strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
