What You’ll Do:

• Design Game-Changing Solutions: Lead the design of scalable, secure GenAI solutions that solve real business problems.

• Build & Innovate: Develop AI accelerators and fine-tune Specialized Language Models (SLMs) to meet specific enterprise needs.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with enterprise teams to understand their goals and craft AI strategies that deliver measurable value.

• Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions into enterprise environments, prioritizing security, efficiency, and scalability.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with evolving AI trends and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Empower Clients: Help clients build internal capabilities through our BOTE (Build, Operate, Transition, Enable) model so they can take the reins over time.


What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Data Analytics, or Generative AI.

• Hands-on experience with building and deploying AI/ML models (bonus points if you’ve worked with LLMs or SLMs).

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and how to integrate them with AI solutions.

• A knack for understanding enterprise data infrastructure and ensuring security and compliance.

• A problem-solver who thrives on innovation and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

• Great communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience working with mid-sized and large enterprises or developing AI strategies from scratch.
