**About the Role**:
**What you will do**
- Architect and Design GenAI Solutions: Lead the design and development of Generative AI architectures, including large language models (LLMs), image generation models, and other generative technologies.
- Model Development and Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop, fine-tune, and deploy custom AI models, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- AI Infrastructure Management: Define and implement AI infrastructure, tools, and platforms to support end-to-end AI development processes, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI research, trends and best practices, integrating advancements into solutions and driving continuous innovation within the team.
- Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Implement mechanisms to monitor and assess AI model performance, making adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure AI models and solutions comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies, especially in areas such as bias mitigation and model transparency.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other AI developers, ensuring best practices in model development and AI system design.

**You will bring**
Technical Skills:

- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in model development libraries.
- Knowledge of transformer-based models, GANs, VAEs, and other generative techniques.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing systems and tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of AI algorithms and principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

**Key Qualifications**:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
**Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI development and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models.
- Publications or patents in AI/ML or related fields.
- Experience in managing cross-functional AI teams.
