AVP - Channel Sales
Location New Delhi
Experience : 10 yrs+ in Real Estate Sales
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure they are well-versed in our products or services and can effectively market and sell them
- Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
- Should have 50+ active channel partners
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
