Position Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

Location: Mumbai (On-site)


About Us: Genesis Mediais all about creating engageing content and Influencer Marketing, Content Production, Performace Marketing and Events. Our goal is to educate, inspire, and motivate through storytelling and impactful marketing. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us run successful campaigns for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, setting measurable objectives and staying updated on trends.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers, building relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Campaign Management: Execute influencer campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data to improve future campaigns, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers and their performance metrics.
  • Brand Collaborations: Generate brand collaborations for influencers and in-house talent.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and network with leaders and brands for potential collaborations.
  • End-to-End Execution: Handle end-to-end execution for influencer collaborations and campaigns with influencers/talents and brands.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
