Bangalore for OTBI/BIP.Job Position: Oracle Analytics & Reporting developerExp Required; 5-8 YrsJob location; Bangalore/PuneRequired ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including dashboards, data visualizations, and data flows.Proven experience in RPD development (logical, physical, and presentation layers).Solid understanding of dimensional modelling and analytics best practices.Technical SkillsDesign and develop BIP and OTBI reports/dashboards to meet functional and regulatory requirements.Translate business requirements into accurate data models, SQL queries, and report layouts.Build and maintain data models, templates (RTF/Excel/XSL), bursting definitions, and subject areas aligned with Oracle Fusion applications.Optimize dashboards and reports for performance, including query tuning, parameters, and efficient dataset structures.Configure and manage security, including row-level access, secure subject areas, and report scheduling/bursting.Experience resolving performance issues in OAC/OBIEE and ensuring system reliability.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business teams to define reporting requirements and deliver intuitive analytics solutions.Maintain documentation, mapping specifications, and user guidance for developed reports.Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements.Ensure adherence to organizational standards for data governance, quality, and security.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and communication skills to convert business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.Interested, share CV @ swati.priya@narayansolutions.comRegardsNSHR
