Job Title: Creative Director


About the Client: A creative transformation company in existence since last 2 decades which transforms people, organizations, brand and space through creativity and human centric thinking.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the visual direction and creative strategy for projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and client to understand and align designs with the brand’s tone and communicate effectively to all parties.
  • Create and refine design concepts, ensuring they meet the project’s goal and brand standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-7 years relevant experience in advertising industry
  • Should concentrate on building a strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • They must also cultivate the ability to communicate effectively with creative teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visuals
  • Developing project management skills and an understanding of the production process will help them manage their tasks efficiently and contribute to the team's success


Experience: 3-7 Years


Education: Media School graduate
