Information Technology Intern

We are looking for a passionate IT Intern to assist in maintaining and improving our SaaS platform. This internship is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in the tech and sustainability sectors.
Platform Maintenance and Updates
- Ensure the smooth functionality of the SaaS platform, including fixing bugs and resolving issues.
- Perform regular performance optimization and database maintenance.
Feature Development
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement new features on the Bubble platform.
- Test and deploy updates to improve user experience and platform scalability.
User Support
- Assist with user queries and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Monitor user feedback to identify and address potential improvements.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular testing of the platform to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Document processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps.
Integration and Automation
- Work on third-party API integrations to expand platform capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks and workflows within the platform.
Learning and Contribution
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in no-code development.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance the platform and align it with business goals.
Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Bubble (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Basic knowledge of database management and user authentication.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide user support.
Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiasm for no-code platforms, SaaS applications, and sustainability initiatives.
