Job Description:

Require AI/ML Data Science Architect / Lead Developer. Need to play a key role in leading our data science and machine learning initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and data-driven solutions that deliver tangible business value. Knowledge in generative AI techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variationally Autoencoders (VAEs), to address business challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications / Skillset:

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) preferred.

6+ relevant years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data science.

Experience with Python and Github also good have knowledge on Kubernetes and Docker images is a plus.

Proven track record of leading and delivering AI/ML projects from inception to production deployment.

Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with popular libraries and frameworks for AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and machine learning algorithms and models, with a focus on generative AI techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variationally Autoencoders (VAEs), to address business challenges and opportunities.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and develop data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.

Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to drive innovation and excellence.

Research and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve model performance and scalability.

Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.

Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data processing workflows, and model training pipelines to support AI/ML development and experimentation.

Drive best practices for data management, feature engineering, model evaluation, and model deployment to ensure robustness, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and developments in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform technical strategy and decision-making.
