**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AI, ML, Cloud, and Blockchain technologies tailored to the needs of our students.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, projects, and assignments, to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing innovative teaching methodologies and tools to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment between training content and industry standards, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, offering guidance, feedback, and assistance to help them master technical concepts and skills.
- Evaluate student progress and performance through assessments, projects, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and developments in AI, ML, Cloud, and Blockchain technologies, incorporating relevant updates into training curricula.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and curriculum reviews to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, with expertise in AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical instructor, or educator, delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage training schedules, resources, and student interactions.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Blockchain Professional) is a plus.
