Contract position in Chennai / Mumbai. Other Roles and ResponsibilitiesApplication support profileIn-depth knowledge in SQL. Hands on in IT Helpdesk Proven experience troubleshooting security issues across various technologiesAzure AD skillsCustomer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills.Ability to work within customer focused team and Excellent communication skillsTake ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
