Our goal is to help brands close more sales without increasing marketing spend, by optimizing follow-ups and lead conversion through smart automation.What You’ll DoWe are looking for a highly skilled SEO Team Lead who can drive our organic growth strategy using modern, AI-driven methodologies. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of Google's evolving algorithms, SGE (Search Generative Experience), technical SEO, content optimization, and data tracking and analytics . You will lead the SEO team, manage client/brand visibility, and implement conversion-focused strategies to deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute AI-driven SEO strategies with strong focus on SGE readiness.Monitor Google algorithm updates and ensure timely SEO improvements.Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, and site audits.Drive conversion-focused SEO to increase leads and revenue.Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) and brand SERP visibility.Lead SEO reporting using GA4, GSC, and industry-standard tools.Guide content team with SEO-optimized content, prompts, and strategy.Plan and manage high-quality backlink building and authority campaigns.Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to deliver measurable results.Key Skills Required -AI-Based SEO & Prompt EngineeringSGE-focused OptimizationDeep Google Algorithm KnowledgeTechnical SEO ExpertiseCRO & Conversion-Based SEOOnline Reputation ManagementGA4, GSC, and SEO Tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)Content Strategy & AI PromptingBacklink Strategy & Off-Page SEO
