Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retention Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing in the D2C e-commerce industry and a proven track record in similar roles. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, perfect for someone who loves dogs and is enthusiastic about driving growth through retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Utilize and manage Contlo for optimizing retention efforts.
- Oversee and execute retention campaigns across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Web Push.
- Write compelling copy and design engaging visuals for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Analyze retention marketing KPIs and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
- Regularly report on retention metrics and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of retention strategies into overall marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retention marketing.
Day-to-Day Work:
- Send general updates at the start of work.
- Set up flows and automation on Contlo.
- Copywriting and design for email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, and web push.
- Set up campaigns.
- Check and report on retention and LTV metrics.
- Strategize and plan on growth plans and forecasts.
- Sync with the team.
- Send end-of-day (EOD) reports.
Required Skillsets:
- Expert-level understanding of retention marketing, specifically for D2C e-commerce.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Contlo and its applications in retention marketing.
- Proficiency in managing retention channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Web Push.
- Strong copywriting and design skills for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Strong understanding of LTV metrics and their application in retention strategies.
- Familiarity with retention marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze and report on them.
- Passion for dogs and the pet industry.
- Comfortable with daily reporting and data analysis.
- A strong passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous growth.
