Job Summary

This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive the company's marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.


2. Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support cohesive branding efforts.


3. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

  • Monitor and report on budget expenditures and campaign ROI. 


6. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.


7. Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. 


8. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI for senior management.


9. Customer Insights:

  • Understand customer needs and behaviours through research and data analysis.
  • Use customer insights to refine marketing strategies


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 4 -7 years in marketing.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
