Human Resources Executive

Central Data Storage (CDS) is a well-funded company that has been a leader in the data backup and recovery space for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in the US for the last 17 years. As we roll out our new cybersecurity product, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to support our Chief of Staff in enhancing our workforce. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the recruitment lifecycle, fostering a positive company culture, and overseeing all HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Screening Applicants: Review resumes and applications to select suitable candidates for interviews.
- Job Description Development: Write, publish, and manage job descriptions to attract high-quality talent.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates to evaluate their fit for the company culture and role-specific requirements.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on offers to ensure they meet company standards while being competitive.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Culture and Team Bonding:
- Organize Events: Plan and execute team-building activities like "Coffee with the Team", virtual lunches, and other team cohesion events to boost morale and company culture.
- Promote Engagement: Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Administration:
- Asset Management: Oversee the management of company assets related to employee use, including equipment allocation and tracking.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate comprehensive onboarding for new employees and manage offboarding processes to ensure a professional exit.
- General HRM: Handle day-to-day HR operations including policy enforcement, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation.
Requirment:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS software such as Keka, Bamboo HR Zimyo, etc
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Ability to relocate to the Hyderabad office after 1-2 quarter
