- They design and deliver solar rooftop and ground-mounted power plants, catering to both off-grid and grid-connected systems. Their goal is to help industries reduce electricity costs by 30–50% (or even up to 100%) through customized solar installations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive B2B at RGP Solar Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmednagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential business clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, reporting on sales activities, and providing feedback to management on market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and client management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
