This leadership role will focus on spearheading technical solutions within Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, specifically Order Management, Inventory, and Service Contract. As a lead, you will design, implement, and optimize Oracle SCM solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions, focusing on Order Management, Inventory, and Service Contract modules.System Optimization: Enhance Oracle SCM system performance, ensuring seamless integration and scalability to meet business requirements.Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions for order processing, inventory management, and service contract operations.Solution Development: Oversee customization, configuration, and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud or on-premise solutions to align with business needs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Oracle SCM framework.Issue Resolution: Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring the reliability and performance of Oracle SCM systems.Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for team members and end-users to ensure effective adoption of Oracle SCM solutions.Innovation: Stay updated on Oracle SCM advancements, cloud technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation in supply chain processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM technical roles, with hands-on expertise in Order Management, Inventory, and Service Contract modules.Proven experience as a technical lead or similar leadership role in Oracle SCM implementations (Cloud or on-premise).Strong proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and service contract management.Expertise in Oracle tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, APIs, and integration frameworks).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues in Oracle SCM systems.Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and migrations.Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or other integration tools for SCM processes.Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Certified Professional).Why Join Samay Consulting?Lead impactful Oracle SCM projects in a forward-thinking, growth-oriented company.Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment tailored for professionals in India.Be part of a collaborative and innovative team that values technical expertise and creativity.Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development and career growth.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant Oracle SCM experience to lkapardhi@samayconsulting.com.
