Are you looking to work with one of the best product development teams within Oracle’s Cloud Organization to build systems and tools, bring innovation, explore new technologies to make a positive impact on internal as well as external stakeholders? If so, then this job is for you. **Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) team **is looking for an engineer with hands-on experience in Fusion **SCM **Cloud.

This is a customer facing role that allows you to work with our customers and implementation partners to assist them in their journey to **Oracle Cloud SCM **. This role combines hands on expertise in the technical areas with the customer management aspect. You will be working with other product development teams, success managers, support, and executive sponsors to deliver solutions for our customers.

**Desired Skills/Qualifications**
- At least **10+ years **of strong hands-on experience in Fusion SCM Cloud (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, etc.)
- Proficiency in data loading tools
- FBDI, REST APIs, ATOM Feeds, etc.
- Hands on expertise for Analytics, BICC, OTBI, and SQL optimization.
- Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules is preferred.

**Your Key Duties & Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Global Support and other teams to handhold customer through ongoing implementation challenges.
- Engage with Oracle's strategic customers and partners, representing Oracle products and services (SCM and HCM Application)
- Deliver solution related guidance to individual customers, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships. Integrate with AI services for real-time insights into Supply Chain executions

- Instance management, P2Ts\T2Ts, and configuration management work experience.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud monitoring frameworks - OMC, Cloud EM, Signals, Grafana, etc.
