Role Description:-

  • Candidate shall have excellent Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, main focus in ground mounted and rooftop solar projects
  • Preparation and submission of detailed tender documents in given timeline
  • Shall be able to study, analyse and generate a cost sheet for the project in pre-sales stage
  • Candidate shall have thorough understanding of technical specifications and latest pricing of various type of material and services required for installation of Solar project
  • Shall be well acquainted with bidding softwares like Ariba, Traffic Light auctions etcs
  • Shall be experiences in Bill of Materials based costing and estimation
  • Candidate shall be able to understand commercial terms and conditions in the tender and brief the management about the risky or challenging terms efficiently
  • Candidate shall be able to gather site inputs and prepare a BOQ and Cost sheet for the project in Pre-sales stage
  • Preparing cost benefit analysis of the project with various BOQ combinations
  • Candidate shall work closely with the Sales and BD head for winning various contracts for the company


Qualification:-

  • Shall be a Graduate Engineer, electrical engineer is preferred (MBA will be preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Shall have more than 5 years of experience in Tendering, proposals and estimations in Solar projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
