With offices in the US, Canada, Australia & India and with the team of 150+ experienced specialists, CloudLabs is now at an inflection point and ready for its next curve of progress.Please follow us here:Website: cloudlabsit.comLinkedIn: CloudLabs IncEmail us: info@cloudlabsit.comWhat we offer:We welcome candidates rejoining the workforce after career break/parental leave and support their journey to reacclimatize too corporate.Competitive pay package.Attractive policy, medical insurance benefits, industry leading trainings.Experience: 3+ years in a similar IT administrator, network admin, or security support roleJob Type: Onsite – Gujarat office.Location: Onsite – Gujarat office.Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated IT & Security Administrator to strengthen our internal infrastructure, enhance our security posture, and support our growing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEndpoint SecurityManage and monitor Seqrite Endpoint Security across all laptopsInvestigate and respond to alerts and incidentsEnforce antivirus, patching, and device encryption policiesAsset & Device ManagementMaintain updated hardware/software inventoryEnforce device configuration standards (OS versions, security patches, software tools)User Access & IdentityManage user accounts, permissions, and roles in GSuite / Microsoft 365 / other SaaS toolsSupport onboarding/offboarding processes securelyNetwork & InfrastructurePlan and set up basic LAN/WiFi infrastructure if neededEnsure secure VPN or remote access configurations for internal tools or file sharesMonitoring & ReportingGenerate regular security and device health reportsImplement tools to monitor software usage, unauthorized apps, etc.Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure internal systems follow compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, etc., if applicable)Write and maintain IT policies (acceptable use, password policy, BYOD, etc.)Preferred Qualifications3+ years in a similar IT administrator, network admin, or security support roleExperience with:Endpoint security platforms (Seqrite, CrowdStrike, etc.)GSuite / Microsoft 365 adminBasic networking (LAN/WiFi setup, routers, VPNs)Strong understanding of cybersecurity principlesComfortable working with Windows (and optionally Mac) environmentsFamiliarity with IT documentation and ticketing systemsGood to HaveAny security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.)Experience in SaaS access controls or SSO toolsExposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
