Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of human resources principles. This individual will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organization plus business goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Lead and mentor the team by coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address systemic HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Create and analyze HR metrics and data to identify gaps proactively and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, onboard top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.
  • Regularly conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to the management on organization's health.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's & Master's degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven track record of building strong partnerships with business leaders and driving HR initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a complex organizational environment.
