What you’ll do:


Are you ready to take the reins on our demand campaigns, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and inbound lead generation efforts tailored to our vertical segments? You'll be the driving force behind developing and executing demand initiatives. We're looking for someone with a track record of crafting and expanding integrated marketing campaigns, adept at leveraging data to guide decisions, and skilled in implementing robust measurement and attribution strategies across all demand channels.   • Drive TVS Next's demand strategy and execution across various regions and market segments.
  • Craft an impactful account-based marketing strategy for targeted accounts, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan, leveraging SEO, ABM, email, display ads, AdWords, chatbot, content syndication, and cutting-edge digital tactics to generate sales qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define positioning and content, and with enablement teams for seamless rollout of campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and website specialists.
  • Strategically manage the digital marketing and marketing technology budget, with a focus on accurate forecasting and expenditure.
  • Partner with practices to synchronize ABM strategy and campaign development for a unified brand experience across all channels.
  • Brief sales and SDRs on campaign details and incorporate their feedback.
  • Analyze program effectiveness, regularly sharing performance insights and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Project manage webinars and events in collaboration with practices, driving registrations.
  • Liaise with operations and leadership to provide comprehensive reporting on lead generation and account engagement activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns and optimize content for maximum impact.


What we seek in you:

  • Lead a demand generation team with over 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Bring over 10 years of B2B marketing expertise in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing pipeline targets consistently.
  • Possess a profound understanding of ABM strategies, playbooks, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of orchestrating and launching integrated campaigns in collaboration with sales across multiple channels such as web, email, chatbots, content, SEO, social media, webinars, and paid ads.
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and other relevant technical platforms, with a strong grasp of marketing and sales analytics.
  • Acute understanding of the B2B purchase process and adept at identifying demand creation opportunities and accelerating prospects.
  • Extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading high-performing demand teams.
