Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in US Sales Operations at Lemonpeak's Chennai location. The Team Leader will be responsible for daily team management, providing exceptional customer service, fostering effective communication, and driving sales initiatives.


Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader - Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international BPO operations, particularly in sales processes, and the ability to manage large teams effectively in a high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of 30-40 members, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing the necessary support and guidance to drive success.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of inbound and outbound sales processes.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that team members are meeting and exceeding targets, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operations at all times.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an international BPO, with a focus on inbound and outbound sales processes.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of 30-40 members, with strong people management and motivational skills.
  • Sales Motivation: Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive a sales team to achieve high performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, adapting to the needs of an international client base.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to perform under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • People Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts, mentor team members, and build a cohesive team.
