About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities


1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google search and display Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, Taboola and YouTube.


2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CLV.


3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital advertising.


4. Create and maintain a data-driven approach to campaign management, utilizing analytics tools to track performance and make data-informed decisions.


5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.


7. Manage advertising budgets effectively across multiple channels and campaigns.


8. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for improvement.


9. Work closely with other teams (e.g., product, sales, customer success) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.


10. Continuously test and optimize campaigns, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.


Required Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

- Proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and attribution modeling

- Excellent understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


- Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications

- Experience with programmatic advertising

- Knowledge of SEO principles and their intersection with paid marketing

- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

- Understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies for mobile apps
