Role Description

This is a contract role for a Performance Marketing Trainee. The Performance Marketing Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to performance marketing, which includes data analysis, performance management, performance testing, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize paid marketing campaigns in Google and Meta ads. This is an on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.


Qualifications

  • Data Analysis, Performance Management, and Performance Testing skills
  • At least 6 months of practical exposure in Google and Meta ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive performance improvements
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Note: This is an internship/contract experience for 3 months that will lead to a full-time position eventually depending on the performance.
