The Role: Brand Manager


What's the Gig:

Imagine being the mastermind behind a brand that’s changing the way parents and children interact. As the Brand Manager at Miniture, you’ll be the creative force driving our brand’s identity and growth. Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategy, creativity, and a touch of magic (not the wizard kind, promise).


What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Develop and execute ingenious marketing strategies that will make Miniture a household name.
  • Design engaging content and campaigns that speak directly to the hearts of modern parents.
  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships that amplify our brand’s reach and impact.
  • Keep an eagle eye on market trends and competitor moves to keep us ahead of the curve.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1.5+ years as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and decode consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our tight-knit crew.
