Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in helping our customers achieve success and unlock the full potential of Klenty's platform. Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success and equipped to leverage Klenty effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and addressing their unique needs.
  • Retention & Growth: Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and achieve retention and satisfaction targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for customer challenges, coordinating with support and product teams for timely resolution.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to the product, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance Klenty’s offerings.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions and create engaging resources (e.g., guides, webinars, FAQs) to empower customers with best practices.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, insights, and feedback to drive strategic decisions.


What We're Looking For :

  • Experience: 2-4 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating value-driven experiences.
