Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Create and maintain project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and define project scope.
  2. Project Execution and Management: Oversee all project phases, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and monitor progress.
  3. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead project teams, foster a collaborative environment, and facilitate communication.
  4. Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality control, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively address issues.
  7. Client Relations: Establish and maintain client relationships, provide regular updates and reports.

Required Qualification & Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within civil engineering/construction.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of contract management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
