(Cosmetics Manufacturing)Location: Rabale, Navi MumbaiSalary: As per experienceJob Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and maintain all manufacturing, filling, and utility equipment in our cosmetics production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all machinery with minimal downtime.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain all manufacturing and filling equipment, including mixing vessels, filling machines, and related production systems.Oversee utility equipment such as RO Plant, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and other support systems.Ensure all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and reliably.Conduct routine and preventive maintenance as per planned schedules.Perform maintenance audits and inspections to identify issues and areas for improvement.Develop and implement maintenance procedures, protocols, and checklists.Respond promptly to major equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot problems effectively.Train operators and staff on proper equipment handling and basic maintenance practices.Procure, test, and commission specialised components, spares, and fittings in coordination with vendors.Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation for audits and compliance.Candidate Requirements:Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Electrician/Mechanical) is preferred.Candidates with manufacturing or cosmetics industry background will be given preference.B.Tech or other engineering candidates may also apply if willing to work hands-on on the shop floor.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.Ability to troubleshoot independently and work in a fast-paced production environment.
