Our platform integrates specialized AI agents that act as smart lab assistants, helping with literature review, data analysis, inventory management, and reporting.About the FoundersBuilt by researchers and developers from BITS Pilani, University at Buffalo, and Oxford’s Jenner Institute, with industry stints at Equifax and IQVIA.Role OverviewWe’re seeking motivated AI Fullstack Developer Interns to join our growing team and contribute to building cutting-edge AI-powered research tools. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern tech stack and gain hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain frontend components using Vue.js + TypeScriptWork with BlockSuite [https://github.com/toeverything/blocksuite] framework for rich editor functionalityBuild backend APIs and services using NestJS and GraphQLIntegrate AI/ML models (OpenAI, Claude, Google AI) into applicationsImplement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelinesWork with vector databases and document processing systemsCollaborate on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL/Prisma)Assist in implementing multi-tenant architectureWrite clean, testable code with proper documentationRequired SkillsFrontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+)Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, basic database conceptsAI/ML: Familiarity with LLMs, OpenAI API, or similar AI servicesEditor Framework: Experience or interest in BlockSuite frameworkVersion Control: Git/GitHubProblem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skillsCommunication: Good English communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with NestJS, GraphQL, or PrismaKnowledge of BlockSuite framework or rich text editorsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Docker)Understanding of vector databases or RAG systemsPrevious work with AI chatbots or document processingInterest in biotech/pharmaceutical research domainWhat You’ll LearnBuilding production-ready AI applicationsWorking with large language models and vector databasesFull-stack development best practicesAgile development methodologiesResearch domain knowledge and compliance requirementsCompensation & BenefitsFlexible working hoursRemote-first culture with occasional team meetingsMentorship from experienced foundersOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologyPotential for full-time conversion based on performanceCertificate of completion and recommendation letterRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAvailable for 6-month internship (with possible extension)Can commit 30-35 hours per weekOwn laptop and reliable internet connectionApplication ProcessSend your application to: [hiring@fills.ai]Include: 1.
