Below is the Detailed Job Description for the same:

Job Title: CRM Presales Consultant

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/NCR

Job Description:

  1. Candidate should be able to work independently and handle large proposal related MS Dynamics CRM and configure demos, respond to CRM RFPs
  2. Interact with internal sales teams and Customer stakeholders for proposals
  3. Performing MS Dynamics product demos to Business and IT users and senior level execs
  4. Assist the sales teams in the preparation of proposals and solution to Customer requests
  5. Design and prepare functional fitment and technical responses to Customer CRM requirements
  6. Actively Participate in Customer workshops , presentations, and any other conferences
  7. Should work with technical teams internally and configure demos as required for Customers
  8. Independently handle the entire end to end proposal process and large deals on MS dynamics CRM
  9. Enable sales teams with information related to CRM and Functional /Technical info/ content for Customer meetings
  10. Conduct webinars for internal sales and other domain teams on CRM opportunities and GTM planning
  11. Ability to provide innovative solutions to Customers on MS Business Apps
  12. Should be able to handle estimates and costing /ROI independently for large deals.


Job Requirements

• 10 + years of pre-sales experience and minimum of 4-5 years in MS Dynamics presales

• Experience and Knowledge of MS Business Apps landscape.

• Experience in implementing large CRM programs is good to have

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience / Knowledge in Agile is a must.
