Time Zone: US Time Zones (4 to 5 hours overlap)


Position Description

If you enjoy interacting with bright people, building relationships, and helping clients solve problems, you will thrive as a Hyqoo Sales Development Representative (SDR). Alongside experienced Enterprise Sales Executives and Client Partners, you will seek new target accounts and find ways to uncover new needs and requirements from existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales leader with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Over the course of your tenure you can expect:

  • We set our teams up for success from day one
  • Complete our HR orientation, get introduced to team members, complete personalized sales training, and learn the Hyqoo business model.
  • Work with your manager and learn the sales method & our sales process.
  • Learn about the industry and competitors, as well as identifying target accounts.
  • Outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Facilitate Enterprise Sales Executives/Client Partners introductions to your leads.
  • Think out of the box and find new ways to generate demand while continuously building the pipeline.
  • Eventually, train and mentor junior SDR’s.
  • Upon hitting your quotas, get ready to be promoted

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proficiency with any CRM software
  • Active listener
  • Curious and interested in learning about the Talent Cloud industry
  • Creative and resourceful problem solver
  • Demonstrated grit and positive attitude
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload
  • Problem solver
