Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Turnover Services team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing service turnovers, and maintaining high service quality standards during the night hours.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage Turnover Services:

  • Oversee and coordinate turnover services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided and address any issues promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Implement and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of services rendered, inventory, and other operational metrics.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the night shift team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any operational challenges.

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service schedules and updates.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for the night shift team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations or a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.
