About the CompanyCommtel is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.About the RoleThe Senior Officer-HR will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and Employee Life cycle (from Hire to Retire) on DarwinBox.ResponsibilitiesEntire Employee Lifecycle - Hire to Retire.Maintenance of organization’s head count including different site locations.Handling end to end recruitment process by organizing/conducting interviews, administering the psychometric testing tools on the candidates and all other activities related to hiring.Preparing offer letters and appointment letters and coordinate with candidates till joining.Conducting induction for new joinees.Creating employment records in the HRMS (Darwin Box).Interacting with employees and fulfill their needs as per the company policy.Assisting in the performance appraisal process thereby enhancing Performance Management System at Commtel.Collecting employee documents and ensuring effective maintenance of individual files.Exit processes and procedures including exit interviews, final settlement, issue of salary certificates, preparing the exit records and relieving letters.Taking initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement (clarity on roles) of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.Maintaining/updating MIS information regularly.Assisting in implementation of the Employee Recognition programs.Assisting the AGM-HR in conducting the events effectively.Enhancing QMS effectively. QualificationsGraduate degreeExperience of at least 3 years in similar profileRequired SkillsClear and apt communication skills.Proficient in ExcelDarwin Box experienceCreative thinking ability to question conventional approaches and respond to challenges with innovative solutions Preferred Skills1)Darwin Box experience2) Residing near Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)Pay range and compensation package5lpa to 6lpa
