Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for advertising sales in the North region, aligning with the overall business objectives of the Republic Media Network.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.


Business Development:

  • Spearheaded efforts to generate new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and expand the network's market presence.
  • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.


Revenue Generation:

  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maximizing advertising sales opportunities.
  • Ensure the implementation of pricing and sales policies that contribute to revenue optimization.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 8 years in advertising sales within the broadcast and media industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the south region, especially in Tamil Nadu.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
