JOB ROLE: Annual Credit Review – Individual Contributor / Team Lead / Trainer

Location: Bengaluru


Job Requirement:


  • Any fulltime Graduate who has experience in Corporate & Commercial Lending, FIG/Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Willingness to work in all shifts.
  • Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand).
  • All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.


ACR Individual Contributor (IC):


  • 8-15 years of relevant experience; in Corporate Banking, FIG/Corporate & Investment Banking with Credit Decisioning Specialist or Approval of Corporate Lines of Credit
  • Underwriting & Credit Decisioning/ Credit approval authority for Corporate Loans is a must.
  • Underwrite mid to large corporate loans cases and present them to senior level. Credit Decisioning and Credit Risk approvals are the key responsibilities.
  • Prepare, finalize review of credit memos as part of Core Credit Underwriting, and approval/ decline signoffs on every credit memo after checking for documentation requests.
  • Authorize deviations raised and documented by underwriters in compliance with credit policy.
  • Sound knowledge of financials, cash flow, leverage & liquidity analysis, credit quality, assigned value risk analysis.


ACR Team Lead:


  • 15+ years of experience in Corporate & Commercial Lending, FIG/Corporate & Investment Banking; Credit Underwriting, Portfolio Management and/or Commercial Credit Risk Management including Team handling.
  • People Management, Client Handling and Engagement/Operating Model is a must to have quality.
  • Well versed with liquidity, credit quality, leverage, and cash flow concepts for mid to large counterparties, Understanding of corporate lending transactions, Credit Rating, Risk Analysis and Credit Management functions.
  • Ability to weigh macro and company factors for risk recommendations.
  • Should also have understanding of Risk modelling, corporate lending transactions, Credit Rating, Risk Analysis and Credit Management functions.



ACR Trainer:


  • Understanding of Credit Functions, Risk Analysis, and product/business requirement.
  • Upskill resources on evolving Corporate & Commercial banking Credit and Analytical skills.
  • Keeping abreast of trainee learning trends; Ability to conduct virtual training as well as in-person training.
  • Providing support and mentoring for new Credit Analysts while conducting an evaluation and identifying areas where improvements are needed.
