About Role
We are looking for an ambitious and high-energy field sales manager, to lead and support the sales and marketing team and implement sales tactics to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sell Waltr Products to Residential Apartments and Commercial buildings
- Meet prospective customers and execute effective product demos for closure
- Generate Leads and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales
- Follow-Ups after demos, negotiate pricing and ensure closures
- Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers
- Developing a comprehensive and aligned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan
- Identifying product improvements or new product opportunities
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively Intracity and sometimes Intercity
- Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently
- Valid Driving License with own vehicle
Qualification
Any Graduation, MBA preferred, 0-2 Yrs work experience
