Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements related to digital wallet services, leveraging the expertise in digital banking and digital wallet technologies.

·        Collaborate with the different stakeholder to gain strategic insights and knowledge in shaping the roadmap and vision for the digital banking/wallet platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

·        Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

·        Work closely with software architects and engineers to define technical solutions and architecture and requirements for digital wallet features.

·        Conduct feasibility assessments and impact analyses for proposed product enhancements and new features, leveraging deep understanding of digital wallet technologies and industry trends.

·        Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

·        Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business priorities and technical dependencies.

·        Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate product functionality and usability, ensuring that the platform meets the highest standards of quality.

·        Set and monitor metrics to assess the success and impact of digital banking initiatives, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

·        Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to digital wallet services, and provide recommendations for future enhancements.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance technologies , Computer Science, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or technical role in the digital payments or fintech industry

·        Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in digital banking and digital wallet technologies is mandatory

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

·        Experience working in agile environments, with proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

·        Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and QA engineers.

·        Certification in Business Analysis, product management or other relevant certifications is a plus.

·        Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and technologies shaping the future of digital banking.
