Role Description:


1.    Lead Generation: Actively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research with Architects, interior designers, developers, PMC, etc. Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients interested in the product of bathroom fitting/Tiles/wooden flooring/mosaic art.

 

2.    Client Relationship Management: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, contractors, Interior Designers, Builders and home-maker. Understanding their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to build trust and loyalty.

 

3.    Product Knowledge and Presentation: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company's company products, features, and benefits. Effectively presenting product offerings to clients, highlighting key features and value propositions to meet their specific requirements.


 

4.    Sales Negotiation and Closure: Leading negotiations with clients to secure sales contracts and agreements for the supply of company products. Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

 

 

5.    Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the same industry. Analysing market data to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and expansion.

 

6.    Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, including leads generated, meetings conducted, proposals submitted, and deals closed. Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

 

 

7.    Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns to promote company products. Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

 

8.    Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure alignment of efforts and smooth execution of business development initiatives. Sharing market insights, customer feedback, and best practices to enhance team performance.

 


9.    Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Continuously improving sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.

 

These KRAs are aimed at driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the bathroom fittings/tiles/wooden flooring segment through proactive business development efforts.
