We are seeking a Backend Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience building scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate has experience working on cloud environments, is comfortable with Linux-based systems, and can design and maintain high-performance services in Python, Go, or Rust.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our cybersecurity products.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Go, or Rust.Design scalable and reliable backend architectures with a focus on performance and security.Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.Containerize applications using Docker, and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments.Integrate with internal and third-party services via REST or gRPC APIs.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, or similar.Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, testers, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and process improvements.Qualifications:2–3 years of professional experience in backend software development.Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust (experience with multiple languages is a plus).Strong understanding of: ○ Server-side development and API design. ○ Software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.). ○ Cloud computing fundamentals and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Hands-on experience with: ○ Docker and Linux environments. ○ At least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). ○ CI/CD tools – GitHub Actions, or similar. ○ Version control systems – Git/GitHub. ○ Kubernetes – for container orchestration (nice to have).Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building secure and reliable systems.
