We are seeking a Backend Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience building scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate has experience working on cloud environments, is comfortable with Linux-based systems, and can design and maintain high-performance services in Python, Go, or Rust.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our cybersecurity products.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Design scalable and reliable backend architectures with a focus on performance and security.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Containerize applications using Docker, and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments.
  • Integrate with internal and third-party services via REST or gRPC APIs.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, testers, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust (experience with multiple languages is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of:
  • ○ Server-side development and API design.
  • ○ Software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.).
  • ○ Cloud computing fundamentals and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • ○ Docker and Linux environments.
  • ○ At least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
  • ○ CI/CD tools – GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • ○ Version control systems – Git/GitHub.
  • ○ Kubernetes – for container orchestration (nice to have).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building secure and reliable systems.
